azal tov to former Flyer Melissa Filut and Walter Weiner on their July 25 wedding in Ithaca, New York. Lara Kail was among the joyous guests. Melissa and Walter now live in Riverdale . . . Former Flyer Sherri Weinstein is now Sherri Satz! Sherri and Michael Satz wed on August 1 in Bonnet Island Estate. The beautiful bride and her equally buff husband met while training for an Ironman. They now live in New Jersey.
We are looking forward to more Flyer weddings this fall and next spring! . . . Liz Call will wed CPTC member Jesse Lansner on October 9 . . . Dorian D’Angelo and Richard Brounstein will tie the knot on November 14 . . . Cary Gunther will marry James Miller in December. James is also a runner, having completed his first marathon last year . . . On July 24, Lisa Scheerer put on a nice dress and went out to dinner with her boyfriend Keith James. After dinner, in Central Park, Keith got down on bended knee and asked for her hand. Lisa accepted. Lisa and Keith will wed in Jim Thorpe, PA, a small town named for the legendary US runner, on May 21, 2011, a month after Lisa runs the Boston Marathon!

tatistically, August is the most popular month for U.S. baby births. The Flyers are no exception! Ashley Kirkham and Josh Kirkham welcomed their second son, Dylan Thomas, on July 22. Older brother James is 19 months. Ashley is overtired but overjoyed . . . Donna Rosato and David Craig welcomed Wesley Dominic Craig on August 7. She hopes to requalify for Boston just as soon as Wes lets her get back to training! . . . Andrea Lynn Hagelgans and Josh Hagelgans welcomed John Thomas Reed Hagelgans, known as Jack, on August 17, 2010. Andrea also plans to start running again shortly, having run through the eighth month of her pregnancy.
Jeremy Lorge and Julie Gurdin became parents on August 23. They were blessed with a beautiful baby daughter, Stella.

issa Andrews is moving to Connecticut to take a job with GE Capital in Norwalk. she'll be the Program Manager for Digital Strategies. . . Eric Stadnyk has returned to his native Canada. Eric, a landscape architect, secured a terrific new job on his first day back in town. Eric will be back to pick up his cat Medley from the cat sitters in October. And due to vociferious demand (and assisted by a high speed internet connection), Eric will continue his job as Flyer Blog-master.
