The New York Flyers Marathon Training Program (MTP) 2026

Train smarter, not harder. Flyers Head Coach Amy Sitar's MTP is a science-backed, coach-led, personalized training program to get you from here to your finish line faster, stronger. What you’ll get: a customized training calendar with individualized workouts and paces in the V.02 app, an experienced coach to provide you with feedback and to lead your weekly group speed workouts, other runners your pace to train alongside, eighteen weekly coached group training sessions (plus two weekend workouts), and a community to hold you accountable and encourage you to bring your best every week. Like a fingerprint, you are not the same as anyone else, why should your training be? Each calendar is individually customized to your goals, experience, and schedule.

Group speed workouts begin July 1st and run for 18 weeks every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Attendance is not mandatory, but you’ll always be glad you came! We meet at the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park. Bag watch is also available. Get in now before the “in” gets got! Srsly, spots fill up like you: fasssst.
