Summer/Fall 2025 Programs

Two Programs, Two Nights!

(1) Led by Head Coach, Amy Sitar the Marathon Training Program (MTP) is 18 weeks of full-service, comprehensive training for the fall marathon season. You'll receive 20 group coached in-person workouts: 18 Wednesday workouts, 2 weekend workouts, and a customized training calendar in V.02. The season kicks off Wednesday, July 2nd with a run and strength training session at Finish Line Physical Therapy, and runs through the end of October. If you're training for a fall marathon, this is the training program for you!

(2) Led by Head Coach, Amy Sitar the Summer/Fall Training Program (SFTP) is 16 weeks of full-service, comprehensive training. You'll receive 16 group coached in-person workouts on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in Central Park. from early July through the end of October. Our group workouts will appear in your V.02 calendar. Training for a half marathon? Elect to receive a full custom training calendar in V.02. If you're training for a half marathon, shorter distance, or just want to work out with a great group of people every week, this is the training program for you!
