Tuesdays | SpeedPass Winter/Spring ’23

Looking for a challenging (but always manageable) weekly workout? Endorphins with friends? Sweaty socials? LOOK NO FURTHER. We got you. Coached workouts Tuesday nights from January through April.
The NY Flyers’ SpeedPass is a training program led by Head Coach Amy Sitar catering to runners of all levels to help improve their speed. All participants receive two Quality Sessions per week (e.g. one speed workout and a choice of an additional speed workout or long run). Weekly workouts are uploaded to the VDOT O2 app and are customized based on the individual's current fitness and training background.
When: 16 weeks - January 3rd through April 18th, 2023
Where: Central Park (Columbus Circle) every Tuesday evening, starting at 6:30 pm
Members gather at 6:30 - 6:40 pm in the lobby on the main level of the Time Warner Center. Runners will depart for the workout at 6:40 pm. If you're late, no problem. We'll always let you know where we will be in the park. Bag check is available (free) across the street on the second floor of the Time Warner Center at the Fleet Feet running store.
