Looking for a challenging (but always manageable) weekly workout? Endorphins with friends? Sweaty socials? LOOK NO FURTHER. We got you. Coached workouts Tuesday nights from July through October.
The NY Flyers’ SpeedPass is a training program led by Head Coach Amy Sitar catering to runners of all levels. Weekly workouts are uploaded to the VDOT O2 app and are customized based on the individual's current fitness and training background.
When: Tuesdays through October 31st
Where: Central Park (Columbus Circle) every Tuesday evening starting at 6:30 pm
Members gather between 6:30-6:40 pm at the Maine Monument in Columbus Circle. Runners will begin the workout at 6:30 pm. If you're late, no problem: we'll always let you know where we will be in the park. Bag check is available (free) across the street on the second floor of the Time Warner Center at the running store.
