THE SPRING TRAINING PROGRAM!

Like Spring, this one's short + sweet: six weeks of serious (or if you prefer, not so serious) speedwork! Get ready to ace your Brooklyn Half, the summer races (you got into) AND lay the groundwork for your fall hopes + dreams. No races? We'll help you beat the bus! Come one, come all, come just AS YOU ARE. You'll walk away faster, stronger + ready for summ-ah!

Led by Flyers' Head Coach Amy Sitar and Coach Jim Purvis, you'll get in-person quality workouts Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting May 6 / bag watch at Fleet Feet / custom paces in your VDot calendar every Wednesday plus a weekend long run, if you like. Your coach will review those 2 workouts, offer feedback, answer questions +, if you're running a race in May or June, hook you up w/ course strategy + race pace planning too. $135
