Get ready for the New York Flyer running event of a LIFETIME! The BEAUTIFUL Staten Island Long Run!
No, that is not an oxymoron. There’s much more to Staten Island than the Marathon start and the Staten Island Half. In fact, Staten Island has many of the most beautiful areas to explore in New York City and we’re going to run the best of it!
It happens that September 3rd, is also the date for Staten Island’s most popular local race, so the middle of our run will feature the Staten Island 5K:

So, for a very memorable New York run since your very first Five Borough Marathon, join us for the Beautiful Staten Island Long Run!
Distance: 17.5 miles total
Pace: 9:30
Schedule:
7:00 - Take the Ferry to Staten Island
7:30 - Begin running 7.5 miles through some of the most beautiful (and hilly!) ‘hoods in New York.
9:00 - Run the SITRAC 5K in Clove Lakes Park
9:30 - Run 7 flat miles through more fascinating Staten Island landmark ‘hoods.
