THE SPRING TRAINING PROGRAM!
What it is: 6 weeks of Wednesday night quality workouts with Head Coach, Amy Sitar and Assistant Coach, Jim Purvis. You'll also have your choice of a long run or a second quality session uploaded in your V.02 calendar.
Who's this for: EVERYONE!
Maybe you spent this long, cold winter on the couch (no judgment!) + are reading to shake off the cobwebs. Maybe you've been running solo and could use a village. Maybe you're ready to get in shape to begin training for summer and fall. No matter who you are or where you're at, these workouts will meet you where you are right now and take you where you want to go!
