Palisades Long Run

Where: Meet at the lower level of the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal
Run up to 20 miles across the George Washington Bridge, through the Palisades Interstate Park and back with the Flyers. This run is an unsupported run and all runners will need to carry all items (hydration, dry clothing, etc...).
