May 13th Little Red Lighthouse Long Run

Details: Join us for this 14.5 mile run (with optional shorter or longer versions) with baggage check and fluid stations with water, Gatorade and gels.
Start Time: Meet at 8:00- 8:15 AM Run Starts at 8:30 A.M.
Who: Members and Non-members
Cost: FREE FOR MEMBERS (RSVP BELOW)
$20 for NON-members (BUY TICKETS BELOW)
Where: Start/Finish at the FLEET FEET Store on the 2nd floor of Time Warner Center.

Paces: Pace groups will range from 8:00/min to 12:00/min at one minute increments. We will not have pacers, but will help arrange runners into different pace groups.
Organizer: New York Flyers
Aid Stations: will be located at the start/finish and the 5 mile & 10.5 mile marks along the course. Water, Gatorade and gels will be available.
Baggage: There will be a bag check at the Fleet Feet Store located on the 2nd floor of the Time Warner Center from 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
