June 21: Little Red Lighthouse Long Run

Details: Join us for this 14 mile run (with optional shorter or longer versions) with baggage check and fluid stations with water, Gatorade and gels.
Start Time: Meet at 8:00- 8:15 AM at Fleet Feet Columbus Circle: Starts at 8:30 A.M.

Cost: FREE FOR MEMBERS (Sign up on Heylo)
$15 for NON-members
Note to non-members: If you join the Flyers as a member for $30, then all our supported runs are free. So if you're planning to do the Three Bridges runs or the Final Ten it really pays to become a member.
Where: Start/Finish at the FLEET FEET Store on the 2nd floor of the Deutsche Center (formerly the Time Warner Center.)

Paces: Pace groups will range from 8:00/min to 12:00/min at one minute increments. We will not have pacers, but will help arrange runners into different pace groups.
Organizer: New York Flyers
Aid Stations: will be located at the start/finish and the 4.5 mile & 9.5 mile marks along the course. Water, Gatorade and gels will be available.
Baggage: There will be a bag check at the Fleet Feet Store located on the 2nd floor of the Time Warner Center from 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
To make this event happen, we need volunteers at the start/finish and at the 4.5 & 9.5 mile fluid station. Please sign up in the Heylo Event.
