***** COURSE CHANGE: Due to damage to the Palisades from Hurricane Ida, the NY Flyers Palisades Supported Long Run course will be changed to the Flyers' Little Red Lighthouse Course.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ASAP to all non-members who signed up and paid.

This NEW COURSE/NEW RUN will now be FREE for non-members and members alike who would like to join. Please RSVP below.

When: Saturday September 18th, 2021

Start Time: Meet at 7:45am and start running promptly at 8am

Who: Members and Non-members- all are welcome!

Cost: Free for all runners.

Where: Start/Finish at the north side of Tavern on the Green near parking lot   Route map: For a link to the Map My Run Route, Click HERE

Paces: TBD, however in the past, Pace groups range from 8:00/min to 11:00/min at 30 second increments. We will not have pacers, but will help arrange runners into different pace groups.
