Long Training Run #10

September 12th – Rockefeller Park

Just a Shady Trot Through the Woods

The run will take place on the trails and bridle paths of Rockefeller State Park Preserve in Pocantico Hills, New York (near Tarrytown). Car pooling will be a must, and pace group leaders are needed. So if you can drive or be a pace group leader for this run, contact Jim: Jim Sias' Email.
