Long Training Run #5July 25th – Van Cortlandt ParkJoin in for another trek through the Van Cortlandt Park trails. Distance options will be 11, 12, or 13 miles depending on fitness and experience level. Bring along fluids and energy gels to keep you fueled for the distance. We will meet by the handball courts near the entrance to the running track and stadium. Start time is 8:30am. Meeting Time: 8:30 AM Meeting Place: Handball Court entrance, south of 242nd Street #1 train station. Note: upon exiting the train, go to the right (East) on the overpasss and take the stairs down to the right (south). Walk about 100 yards south to the handball courts on yout left.
