Long Training Run #3July 11th – Van Cortlandt ParkThis Sunday there will be a run in Van Cortlandt Park for those interested. The mileage options will be 9, 10, and 11 miles depending on your level of fitness and ambition. Start time will be 8:30am. The meeting area will be south of the subway station by the handball courts/bathrooms. We will be running mostly on the Putnam Trail. For those that have them bring your GPS watches to track mileage. Don't forget to bring fluids if you want some back-up. There is a water fountain in Tibbets Park.
