In addition to our regular columns, we are plased to introduce the Healthy Eating column
by Anne Halpern. In each issue Anne will give us a recipe for a healthy, delicious and easy to make meals appropriate for the season.
On Monday, April 19th, 2010, the 114th running of the Boston Marathon took place
with 37 members of the New York Flyers runnning the race and another 20 or so to cheering them on.
We also feature a small group of stalwarts who combined Boston to run 2 or even 3 marathons
within a week. And finally a look back by the editor
at memorable runners and events in the more than a century of this race.
