Information: Training for the Brooklyn Half Marathon? Come tune up! Running Berlin or another early fall marathon or, hey, just want to get in shape? Get started! Looking to sharpen your running form, gain speed, and actually like doing it? LOOK NO FURTHER. Spring Speed Pass is a super-charged, maximum fun training program that packs 8 weeks of workouts, online coaching, and frequent post-run hydration hangs into two of the best months of the year.

Weekly workouts are uploaded to the VDOT O2 app and are customized based on the individual's current fitness and training background.
