SIGN UP: for MTP will start Wednesday 6/12/24 at noon via a link on the NY Flyers webpage for members.COST $315.00FIRST PRACTICE: will be Wednesday 7/3/24 at 6:30pm with coaches Brian\, Amy\, Jim and Hiromi. KICK-OFF EVENT: At Finish Line Physical Therapy\, Wednesday June 26th at 6:30pmThe calendar of runs will start 7/1/24. Practices will be Wednesdays from 7/3/24 to October 30th making this the perfect program to prepare for NYC Marathon (or any other marathon 😊). Recently our webpage has not allowed for collection of funds\, so we will likely be using the V.O2 program to collect fees; final instructions and links will be posted Sunday night or Monday morning. DESCRIPTION:Mini-10k NY Flyers Cheer Zone  \n\n\n\nWhen: Saturday June 8\, 8 AM- 11 AM \n\n\n\nWho: Members and Non-members- all are welcome to cheer and volunteer! \n\n\n\nWhere: The cheer zone will be in two places. The first part is right near the mile 1 marker on the runners' left\,  just after the runners enter the park at 72nd street (see the red squiggles on the map below.) When the Flyers have passed the mile 1 marker\, the cheer zone will be moved a short distance to the just past the mile 6 marker on West Drive\, again on the runners' left (see the blue squiggles on the map.)   This is just before the runners turn left to go to the finish line.  \n\n\n\nOrganizer: Flyers Executive Board \n\n\n\nDetails: Come out and cheer on the Flyers women running the world's original woman's-only road race. In addition to the Flyers' women there is always a terrific professional field.

DESCRIPTION:Save the date for a run to welcome new members on Thursday\, June 13 at 6:30pm!\n\nFree and open to everyone\, the run will take place during our regular weekly Thursday night run. We meet at 6:30pm at the Maine Monument at the Columbus Circle entrance in Central Park. There are announcements\, introductions\, pictures and of course we will answer any questions you have about the Flyers!  Then we start running. There are a range of paces and\, while we typically run the five mile loop\, please come run whatever distance you would prefer. At the end of the run\, there is always food involved so please stick around for dinner if you can. If you have any questions\, please do not hesitate to email us at eb@nyflyers.org.
