DESCRIPTION:Weekly Group Run: A loop of the park to energize your Thursday. \n\n\n\nWhen: 6:30pm every Thursday evening\, followed by a Social Meet-Up on most Thursday evenings immediately following the run. \n\n\n\nWhere: Meet at Columbus Circle\, Merchant's Gate under the Maine Monument (there's a gold statue at the top of it). \n\n\n\nPace: Various\, depending on group.  Sometimes 20 or more! \n\n\n\nDistance: 5 mile loop or 3-4 mile run/walk \n\n\n\nDuration: About 1 hour. \n\n\n\nRoute: When it's dark out in the evening\, we run north on East Drive (counterclockwise) from Columbus Circle and cross over at the 102nd Street Transverse. We finish back near where we start at Columbus circle\, on the park drive at the traffic light. When it's light outside in the evening\, once in awhile we instead run clockwise and on the Bridle Path. \n\n\n\nBaggage: You may bring a lock and stow your stuff at The Fleet Feet store in the Time Warner Center (2nd floor). They also weave a remarkable history of the Jewish experience in New York and the USA. \n\n\n\nThis is the third time the Flyers will be sponsoring this run and\, this time\, we’ll be joined by other teams\, including New York’s fastest growing team\, Nice Jewish Runners. \n\n\n\nAt a time of heartbreaking misunderstanding and painful conflict\, this run is designed to bring together people of every faith and background. DESCRIPTION:Run the Palisades! \n\n\n\nRun up to 20 miles across the George Washington Bridge\, through the Palisades Interstate Park and back with the Flyers. This run is an unsupported run and all runners will need to carry all items (hydration\, dry clothing\, etc...) \n\n\n\nAll distances and paces are welcome to join. We finish back near where we start at Columbus circle\, on the park drive at the traffic light. When it's light outside in the evening\, once in awhile we instead run clockwise and on the Bridle Path. \n\n\n\nBaggage: You may bring a lock and stow your stuff at The Fleet Feet store in the Time Warner Center (2nd floor).
