DESCRIPTION:Fun Opportunity! 
Sharpen your running skills and help your fellow Flyers at the same time … by signing up to pace our first Three Bridges Run on Sunday\, August 23.
We’re especially in need for the 11:30\, 12:00\, and 8:00 min/mile groups.
While we greatly appreciate those who can run the full 20 miles\, you can be a great help at shorter distances as well.
