SUMMARY:June 2 | DEBS' Book Club w/ Author\, Kettia Ming
DESCRIPTION:We are very excited to have our next in-person event with Kettia Ming\, a former New York Flyers\, and now author of "Run the Mile You're In: One Founder's Journey Through Success\, Loss & Reinvention." \n\n\n\nWhen entrepreneur and mother\, Kettia Ming is pulled into a high-stakes legal battle\, the fallout reaches far beyond her business. It threatens her family\, her sense of safety\, and the identity she worked to sustain. As the pressure escalates\, she is forced to reckon with the truth: the price was too high. \n\n\n\nRunning becomes her refuge. Offering her a place to breathe again and to reinvent her life with intention. \n\n\n\nTold with honesty and cinematic detail\, this book pulls back the curtain on what it means to pursue dreams within systems that were never designed to support you. Rooted in lived experience\, it offers hard-earned wisdom\, the missteps that cost more than money\, and the pivotal choices that redefine achievement. For anyone carrying more than they admit\, this story invites you to reclaim your power one mile at a time. \n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: Her book\, in hardcover\, paperback and Kindle\, will not be available for purchase until May 5th so reserve your copy now at: \n\n\n\nhttps://a.co/d/0eIFGOij \n\n\n\nOpen to Members and Non-Members. Sign-up on the Heylo app. \n\n\n\n\nCLICK HERE TO RSVP ON HEYLO

While one group is running\, the other receives form feedback—ensuring everyone stays active and involved. \n\n\n\n🛋️ Not Running? No Problem. If you prefer not to run\, you’re welcome to stay in the classroom—hang out\, watch form breakdowns\, ask questions\, and learn from the coaching team. \n\n\n\n🧠 Why RunDNA? RunDNA’s mobile assessment system is trusted by coaches\, clinicians\, and performance specialists. It provides: \n\n\n\n• Slow‑motion video breakdown \n\n\n\n• Biomechanical insights \n\n\n\n• Form cues tailored to your unique movement patterns \n\n\n\n• Practical recommendations you can apply immediately \n\n\n\n🎯 Who This Is For Runners of all levels—whether you’re chasing a PR\, building mileage\, or looking to run more comfortably. \n\n\n\n📋 Registration Courtesy This workshop is capped to ensure everyone gets meaningful 1:1 Q&A. \n\n\n\nPlease register only if you plan to attend\, and cancel promptly if your plans change. This helps us respect our partners’ time and ensures your fellow Flyers have a fair chance to join. \n\n\n\n🍻 🍷 After the Clinic: Happy Hour at Stone Street. \n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome—runners\, non‑runners\, and anyone who wants to keep the conversation going. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nCLICK HERE TO RSVP ON HEYLO\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFacebook\n\nLink\n\nInstagram
