SUMMARY:Palisades Long Run
DESCRIPTION:Run the Palisades! \n\n\n\nRun up to 20 miles across the George Washington Bridge\, through the Palisades Interstate Park and back with the Flyers. This run is an unsupported run and all runners will need to carry all items (hydration\, dry clothing\, etc...) \n\n\n\nAll distances and paces are welcome to join.
