For more information on this, see the Flyers Bylaws General FAQs. You may review the full text of the proposed Flyers bylaws and a table comparing the proposed bylaws with the existing bylaws. You may vote by either: attending the quarterly member meeting at 7.30pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Robert F. Kennedy School at 110 East 88th St. (between Park and Lex) giving us an online proxy, by 5pm on the day of the meeting, to indicate whether or not you are in favor of the proposal (click here) or sending us the proxy form included in the meeting materials mailed to you.
